We update our web page with the latest information on each model. We boast of long ranges and want to be honest with what we see in the field in each batch we produce. We are constantly improving and refining what we do, and want our flight range stats to reflect what we are seeing in the field during testing for the current batch of sticks we have in stock. Some batches are a bit better than others on range, but this is usually caused more by weather conditions and the condition of the thrower's arm during testing, than the product quality itself. Still, we measure with a meter wheel periodically when we see any changes. During the Summer we may be able to throw the average batch of CDH's out to about 130 meters, and during the Winter he may tend to hit 115 meters just due to not feeling as warm and loose for throwing, or a cold grip. A small back wind can reduce range considerably so we always test in still conditions or multiple wind angles to verify each product is just right. Other throwers have stated ranges out past 170 meters for the CDH, so max range depends on the thrower.
